Planet FM Open web app

Terms of Use

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms apply to Planet FM for iPhone and iPad, for Android, and the web app at radio.nextwell.top/app (together, "the app"). The app is developed and operated by Vladimir Mihalevich, an individual developer ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

The service

Planet FM is a directory and player for internet radio stations that broadcast publicly. The app is free and has no account. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

Stations and their content

Stations, their streams, names, logos and programmes belong to their broadcasters and rights holders. We do not host, record, edit or control any broadcast, and we are not responsible for what a station plays, whether it is available, or its quality. The catalogue comes from a community-maintained directory and our own checks; it may contain errors. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, see Copyright and removal requests.

Where the stations come from

Copyright and removal requests

If you are a broadcaster or a rights holder and want a station removed or its listing corrected, send a request through the form on For rights holders or write to , with the station's name and stream address, what you would like done, and how we can confirm that you act for the station or the rights holder. We review every request, reply by email and remove listings that should not be there. A removed station is hidden for everyone in every version of the app. Complaints about what a station broadcasts belong with that station, since we do not control its programme.

Acceptable use

We may block access to our service for clients that abuse it. Audio does not pass through our service, so a block never interrupts a station that is playing.

Driving and the speedometer

The speedometer is for information only. It is not a certified measuring instrument and can be inaccurate or delayed. Always follow traffic laws and your vehicle's own speedometer, and don't interact with the app while driving.

Song recognition

Song recognition is provided by Apple's Shazam service and may not always find a match or be correct. Links to Apple Music, Shazam and other services are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms.

App stores

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Our rights

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own listening on devices you own or control. The app's design, code and name are ours. Third-party components are used under their own licences; see Credits & licences.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any station will be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Feedback

You can write to us through the feedback form. If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app without any obligation to you.

Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
